I have created two fields in Case form one service Id(reference: Install base item table) and another one is multiple service id (string field). We have sent one template two customer in that template service_id: field is there. When customer sent one single service id that service id is set the service id field. I am writing that script but if i sent on single service id it set in multiple service id field. customer sent multiple service id's that service ids set in the multiple service id.
