Service Operation Workspace "Advance View Option" is not visible

Hi Team,
I am new to Workspace, when we select any record from List in Service operation workspace, open record in that we have Filter option and inside of filter option we have "Advance View Option" but that option is not visible for. How we can achieve this.

if you open that INC it will take you to Workspace view only
what's your requirement?
In native you can switch the view but that's not the case with Workspace form

When we open incident record in SOW it will show list of incident and when we open incident record i will redirect to details of that incident, in that we have Overview, details. and related record tab inside of related record tab we can see list of incident, that page we have filter menu , setting menu and refresh menu, when we open filter condition we can get Advance view option but in my can't get that option.
Steps :
1.Go to SOW
2.Open List
3.Select any record (incident/interaction/change)
4.Open record like we open incident record from list.
5.it redirect to details pages(Overview, Details, Related Record)
6.inside of Related Record
7. select filter
8 we can get advance option view in bottom.
The advance view is not visible.

I am not able to see that in 2 of my instances (Washington and Xanadu)

Xanadu. But previously it is visible. Even in my PDI is also visible.
