Service Operations Workspace - Customize Record View

Hello, we are working on setting up the Service Operations Workspace. In our organization, we primarily use the SCTASK as the ticket with all the details, including additional comments to the user by adding the requested_item.additional_comments field to the SCTASK.

 

In the SOW SCTASK record view, I'm attempting to add the Additional Comments field under the Compose section.

Is this something that can be done? I see you can add the field on the left catalog item fields, but would like to give the agents the ability to use either, not just the one.
