Service portal issue

Hello All,

I have and issue while working with service portal I have created a portal and I'm currently utilizing a pre-existing widget. However, in the search source settings, I specified "users," but I want to view only the users that I have personally created. How can I modify the script to display the desired results.

Hi @Bhadri Veera ,

 
You can make the specific widget visible to users for which you have created in the User Criteria advanced script.

and attach the user criteria to the widget Can Read related list
