Session timeout warning message on Servicenow portal

I want to popup a warning message to extend the session when ServiceNow Portal session is about to timeout as it is already there OOB for backend

Hello @Ramya Sanaboyi1 

 

1. Navigate to the ‘Messages’ module under the ‘System UI’ Application
2. Create a New message
3. Fill the ‘Key’ field with the existing session timeout error. Eg: ‘Your session has expired. Please login to pick up where you left off.’
4. Leave the Application field blank.
5. Select the Language option as ‘English’.
6. In the Message field, add the message you want to display during the session timeout.
