Show a Record Producer in My Task on ESC Portal

Hi Community,

I want to have a record producer show under My Tasks on the ESC Portal(To-dos page). Currently it is showing me the tasks assigned to me but i can not fill in fields or variables. SO I want that a ESC portal user should be able to fill in the onboarding form on the ESC pOrtal.


Any hints or leads are appreciated 😄

My Tasks is for agents to see what they have to work.

Why would an end user use that to submit a form?

You should design a record producer and add it under correct category etc and make it accessible to your user so that they can fill the form there.

Idk if you understood the requirement. It is agent requesting to create a external contact and then external contact logins in ESC portal and then under My Tasks he is required to submit additional information i.e. more details or attachment submission etc .

what's the actual business requirement?

Do you want to create a customer contact via esc?

This is what the requirement is, We want to onboard a vendor, so any internal user can create a user using a known vendor request catalogue item. Now the vendor would log in on a portal and under My Tasks he should submit additional information using a form 🙂

I know it is not a OOTB that is the reason i reached out to community.
