Show a Record Producer in My Task on ESC Portal

Hi Community,

I want to have a record producer show under My Tasks on the ESC Portal(To-dos page). Currently it is showing me the tasks assigned to me but i can not fill in fields or variables. SO I want that a ESC portal user should be able to fill in the onboarding form on the ESC pOrtal.


Any hints or leads are appreciated 😄

Since your discussion is going around Vendor/Account so CSM comes into picture.

There is a defined process on how to onboard a vendor/customer in CSM.

Accounts can be created by Customer Service Manager or Admin

Create customer accounts 

Once that is done then Customer contacts can use Self-registration and get associated with this Customer/account/vendor.

Yes IK there is a defined process on CSM, but you are not getting my requirement even after explaining thrice.

I know i can onboard a vendor using Accounts, contacts but my initial doubt was and is how can i show a form or a record producer on my Tasks (i.e. todo page).
