snc_external users are not able access Virtual Agent

Hello 

I have created Virtual Agent and given role snc_external in the topic but when I impersonate with external user then I'm not able to access VA. 

How to fix this?

Hi Rohit045

Access to the Virtual Agent feature in ServiceNow is typically controlled by roles and permissions specific to  x_snc_vtb_agent role If you want users with the SNC_EXTERNAL role to have access to the Virtual Agent feature, you would need to ensure that they are also granted the necessary roles and permissions related to access Virtual Agent.

you need to have with the admin or virtual_agent_admin role to use Virtual Agent Designer to create and manage topics.
