I need a way to store web links in one location so they can be used in KB articles. Then if the link changes, it can be updated in one location without having to go into each article to update the new link.
I'm thinking something along the lines of Content Link because it provides the options I am looking for. However, if this is the right way to do it, how do I right it into the body of the article? I have also tried Quick Link and associated the previous content link, but still not sure how to get it to route to the actual webpage. Is this possible?
