Suddenly user cannot see any reports

I have a user that has been using reports perfectly fine until randomly today we are running into the following errors and they cannot view any of the reports they've created. I have tried removing and adding all roles and they have the exact same roles as everyone else on the same team who can view reports perfectly fine.

Has anyone run into something like this before?
