There is a javascript error in your browser console when previewing a record in Servicenow

Hi Team,

I'm experiencing an error when previewing a record in portal.

When inspecting, below is the error message

Below is the client script causing the error. This client script autopopulates the field.

Any ideas as to why am I getting this error? Thanks

I would just like to add that I deactivated the client script & UI policy related to that field and tried inputting user manually. When I clicked the reference icon to preview the record, it still shows the error. I also tried duplicating the field and it still shows the error. I checked the table referenced to the field and there is no existing onload client script as well. Which means the error does not lie within the client script of the catalog. Have you experienced the same before? Please let me know. Thanks
