UI Builder does not working

Hello!

I'm trying to modify a page variant of the SOW in UI Builder, the latest version with Vancouver, but the page is completely blank: 

Also, I tried to disable some variants, but I can still see these pages on Service Operations Workspace.

Can anyone help me?

Can you try a different browser maybe? 
What page was cloned here? can you see if the original is blank or you see things there?
Please also try to upgrade plugins like UI builder, Vancouver is not a new version.

I made a mistake before, the actual version on my working instance is Xanadu. The subpage that I'm trying to modify is Record Information SNC, under Record SNC, in the experience Service Operations Workspace.

Hi @Maddalena 

Have you tried to repair the installation of the UI Builder application in the Manager application, I have already had similar problems that could be solved by a repair.

If this does not change anything try to open a case at servicenow support, they often helped me to solve display problems on the SOW linked to incorrect configurations.
