UIB builder change not reflecting

Hi All,

1.I have changed the UI Builder configuration in my PDI but its not reflecting the change. I have duplicate the page & made change for Transfer Case. Could you please assist ?

2. If we add some new field in the pop up window, is it recommended to change OOB UI builder to some customization in ServiceNow ? In below highlighted screenshot want to add new field.

@abirakundu23  Have you inactivated the OOB page and has the cloned page been set to higher order and active is set to “True”.

 

Also please check if there are any audiences set by chance.
