Unable to update plugins related to CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace

Hello community,

 

I have already upgrade my instance to Yokohama ver and I would like to update plugins related CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace.

For example, for updating CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation plugin, I cannot update it because of dependencies. Customer Central seems to be necessary but I cannot install it.

As far as I used Xanadu ver, it's not appeared in dependencies.

First of all, what is the Customer Central?

In addition, how can I install it and update plugins related CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace?

Hi @Kenta Koizumi - Customer Central Plugin gives more insights about the customer transactions like previous interaction, tickets in addition about the customer.  Initially Customer central was part of the CSM plugin after the Yokohama they moved it to Store App.

Thank you for your quick response.

It seems that customer central app is depend on "@devsnc/sn-customer-activity" which might not be included CSM license.

I'll contact our ServiceNow sales reps about that.
