Update Multiple Cases with Same Notes Simultaneously

In Customer Service Management, is there a way to update multiple cases from a case list (selected by check box) with the same Additional Comment and/or Work Notes?  I feel there should be a way to do this but I've not found it yet.

Hi John,

If you add Additional Comments on the list, select this column and press shift key and select the records by using the down key.

It should give you this option:

One way of doing this is the way suggested by Raf. Another way is to select the records you want to update using the tickboxes available on the left:

Right click on the header of the list and select "Update Selected"

A form should appear, fill only the fields you want to update, e.g., work notes / comments:

Click on "Update"
