Hi @Scotty88,

Can you expand on what and specifically how the pop up's would be used?

Is your use case if the form has been updated by another agent when you are looking at the form for example?

ServiceNow already caters for any updates to a form in numerous ways. The first is to ensure the 'activity log' is enabled for all fields (which is enabled by default). This will show all updates to all fields and include who performed the update and what field was updated including what the old value was.

If for example you are on the form and another agent updates the form or a field, a blue icon will display to signify to you as a user looking at the form that it has been updated by someone else in the background.

So in short, I'm advising you don't need pop-ups (Or shouldn't).

Thanks, Robbie

PS - I also replied to a CSM question yesterday. Did you see my update?
