Using Predictive Intelligence on PDI - Washingtondc Release

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering difficulties training machine learning models on a personal development instance. Despite checking the sys property glide.shared_service_scheduler.url and confirming it points to https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/, my model still fails to train, presenting network or configuration errors.

Could someone confirm if it's possible to test and train predictive intelligence application on personal development instances (PDIs)?

Hi there,

AI functionality like Predictive Intelligence does not work on Personal Developer Instances. Simply doesn't, no other answer unfortunately.
