Virtual agent in expanded mode

Hi,
We are implementing virtual agent on CSM portal.However the customer wants to have the chat always in expanded mode as it is the only gateway for the Portal users to raise their queries.
Users must be able to minimize the window but by default we need to set it up in expanded mode.
Has anyone came across such requirement or have any idea how can we achieve this
Please note we are using now assist with CSM plugin on our Yokohama instance.

Hi @otherweleka
I believe it must be the widget "Virtual Agent Service Portal Widget" to customise to achieve this.
But I don't recommend it, is it really that important to have it always expanded?
