We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
My question is this, are you guys facing this?

Unfortunately, I have the same issue. I requested new instances and did all the work again, but I'm facing the same problem since last week.

 

I guess it is an issue on ServiceNow side.
You can see a red box notifying that they are working on it.

I am facing same issue for more than 15 days.

Moreover the existing instance which I had getting below error 
"Service Interruption: This instance is unavailable, If service does not restore promptly, please file an incident in the ServiceNow online Support Portal or contact Customer Support via phone."

Is there any update on this? 

Will instances hibernate and be removed due to us not being able to access these?
