I know this question has been asked before, however, I would like to know your recommendation based on the current status and maybe future developments/improvements.
Currently our assignment rules are defined in a script. As we need more and more adjustments and flexibility, we would like to take it from the script and currently consider using either the Assignment rule module or Decision Table & Flow Designer.
As we are not sure which is the better way to implement, do you have any recommendation or information on advantages/disadvantages on either one? Or maybe another suggestion how to best implement and adjust assignment rules?
