This is a "State Flow" from the look of it

And you usually find it on things like "Change"

Hi there,

 

Where is the screenshot taken from?
To me it looks like a screenshot from a portal. If an admin, you could ctrl+right mouse click to see the widget name.

@Archi Davy Its the process flow formatter.

follow below steps

1. Go to "System UI > Process Flow" module

2. Create the multiple records for your table in flow formatters table like below

3. Configure the form layout of your table and add "Process Flow" formatter like below
