Where do customer's get the security code for first time registration on the csm portal?

Trying to figure out where the registration code is generated or how customer's will be able to receive these in order to register on the customer service portal. Please help! Thank you

Hi,

The registration code is on the customer_account record and is a unique code that you can either generate for the B2B account, or have them generate. It allows users to self register with a piece of private information. That registration code should be treated with care
