Where the Approval Logic for Customer User self-registration Process is defined

Hi,

our customer wants to update the Approval logic for the Customer self-registration process.

Currently the sn_customerservice.customer_admin User of the Account is getting an Approval Record for a new member (Table: sn_customerservice_registration), who filled in the Customer Registration Form.

I can't find the artifact that triggers the Approval Record for the sn_customerservice.customer_admin - maybe I overlooked it.

Please help!:)

Hi,

I found the place where the Approval is being triggered - its the Workflow names "Customer Registration" and I have overlooked it:)
