Which Plugin need to activate for Order Management in CSM

Hi all,

Please help me which PLUGIN we need to activate for Order management in CSM

i found 2 Plugin's : sn_csm_order_mgmt,    com.snc.csm.order  what is the difference between these two plugins , seems to be both are for CSM.  i have activated two in my PDI , below was resultant

 

sn_csm_order_mgmt : As admin/agent I am able to create Order records for Customers /Consumers , but when I Logged-in at CSM/CSP portal side  as customer/consumer, I m unable to create CASE against Order . WHY ?

com.snc.csm.order  : As admin/agent I am able to create Order records for Customers /Consumers , when I Logged-in at CSM/CSP portal side  as customer/consumer, I m able to create CASE against Order successfully .

Please help me as a CSM users which one we need to activate .

Hi @Sironi ,

To add support for orders to the Customer Service Management application, activate the Customer Service Management for Orders plugin (com.snc.csm.order).

"com.sn_csm_order_mgmt" got introduced as part of san diego release.

It's a brand new plugin.

Aware that the solution is marked, but just adding few more details:

1. sn_csm_order_mgmt:Order Management for Customer Service Management

2. com.snc.csm.order: Customer Service Managment for Orders

 

Both plugins are for order management in CSM.
The first one is the newest plugin for OM and should be used- it also houses order tasks, which was earlier missing and we had to extend the task table to create it and use along.

The second plugin is scheduled to deprecate in Washington release (per Utah release notes)- so new implementations of OM should avoid using that plugin.
