Hello,
Users are unable to see data into task_time_worked table. I checked ACL and as per the ACL wm_basic as well as sn_customerservice_agent role assigned stil users are unable to see the data.
There is one user who can see the data in this table and I have given same access as him to other users but they are unable to see data in this table.
That one user was previously having Admin role which has been removed but still he can see the data.
Please suggest.

Hi
This is completely depends on the ACL!!
You can actually create ACLs with the proper operation for a specific role , for example if you want ITIL role then ,Consider creating: read, write, and create ACLs for the itil role on the task_time_worked table. This is where those records are stored.
This will allow ITIL to be able to accomplish what you're looking for.
So initial first step is to look at your ACLs for that table, review them, and then consider creating new for those pieces.
Recommendation is to create 6 new ACLs:
-Read/Write/Create for task_time_worked with itil role specified
-Read/Write/Create for task_time_worked.* with itil role specified
You can do this with sn_customerservice_agent role as well.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep
