Workspace widget not showing correct columns

Hi All,

I am working on CSM Workspace. On the workspace homepage there is one Widget which is showing the data from a report. The report is a counter type of report showing the total count of task. When we click on the count of that widget it opens the list of records of the task table. The list layout should be "XYZ View" which I have already selected on the report style. In dev instance when I am clicking on the widget to open the list view of that record it is opening the correct "XYX View" but when I clicking on the widget in test instance workspace , the list layout is showing wrong set of columns and it is not coming from some view but some random columns. Can anyone suggest anything on how to make the view correct for workspace widget. I have compared everything from dev instance and test instance but nothing is working.

FYI - Providing the screenshot of widget on workspace

When I am clicking on this number to open list view it is showing me wrong set of columns in test instance. In dev instance everything is working fine.

Please provide any suggestions to fix this.

Thanks,

Jaswinder Kaur

HI @Jaswinder Kaur ,

You need to check the report content and update it accordingly on Test.

As data and report contents doesn't gets captured under a Update set.

I have checked with the report configuration , in the report style I am setting the view as well but then also it is not showing the correct view in workspace. In classic UI when I click on report it is opening the list with correct view but when I am trying the same in the workspace it is showing wrong view

Hi,

In workspace all list will open in one view only which is configured for workspace.

Also there is separate view for workspace:

Custom view will not work in workspace.
