Ability to Share a workspace but restrict who can view board, docs, folders in the Shared Space

I have a small team, and I'd like to schedule one-on-one meetings with team members using Collaborative Work Management.
- Currently, I have a single workspace configured: "Bi-Weekly 1:1 Meetings"
- Within this space, I've added/duplicated a board to track tasks and items discussed with specific team members, i.e., "John - 1:1 Meetings", "Bob - 1:1 Meetings", "Amelia - 1:1 Meetings"
- I'd like to grant all members access to the top-level workspace "Bi-Weekly 1:1 Meetings" and restrict access to the individual boards, docs, etc. associated with the individual team members so that John only sees his items, Bob only sees his items, and Amelia only sees her items.
Currently, if I add a team member to a specific board, they are automatically added to the Workspace and have access to see all the information for the other team members on the 1:1 boards that are not assigned to them.
I'd like all team members to access the single workspace and restrict access to only their assigned board. Meaning they will not have access to other people's 1:1 Meeting board.
The obvious workaround is to create a separate Workspace for each team member, but this creates a lot of administrative overhead for me as the manager. I'd like to create a single workspace and restrict access to the individuals to their assigned board while granting them access to a single top-level workspace.
Is this doable? Have any considerations been made to make this possible?
