Create a CWM Board from a Demand

Can a CWM Board be created from a Demand, similar to other planned work task types as documented here:  Create a demand?

Hi Jonah
That's a great use case. Unfortunately we don't have that feature OOTB. 
You would have customise to create a CWM Board. Also as of today, Board can't exist independently. It has to be associated with a Space. 
I have a shared steps for quite similar use case here.
One worry is that Demands can have lot more details like financials, resource plans, benefit plans which you may want to figure out how you want to tie to CWM Board after conversion.

@Sunil B N - thank you.  I'll take a look at the linked article.  While I do agree with your response about the added complexity of Demands, demand management does have similar functionality for other simpler task types, such as Enhancements.  Since Demand (and even Idea) are more of a natural starting point from an intake perspective, it would make the user experience much better if there were a way to easily transition from the initial intake process to the planning processes such as CWM.
