CWM - Create a board with an overview of all CWM tasks assigned to my group(s)

Dear team,

I created a space in Collaborative Work Management workspace with several boards and each board contains CWM tasks assigned to different groups.

Now, is there a way to create a new "overview" board which shows a list of all CWM tasks assigned to my group(s) even if tasks are stored in all space's boards?

In poor words, what I would need is something like "My Work" link, in the Quick access section, to see all tasks (from all boards of the space) assigned to my groups without opening each single board.

 

I tried also to create a new board and use Connected work, but it doesn't allow you to select the CWM task table...

I meant legacy platform list and I understand your challenge. As I mentioned, it will be solved in next two quarters very likely.

Hi Ernesto,

we understand your request. "My group work" for all CWM Tasks is what you are looking for.
We dont have that functionality currently, but you will be able to solve with simple filtered list on sn_cwm_task table. (You will not see custom columns data created within each space)
Considering that you have access to all such tasks.

We will definitely consider this feedback for the future roadmap. Hopefully by Q4 2026 or Q1 2027 you will be able to pull all CWM tasks into one board.

Hi Sunil, first of all thanks for your feedback.

When you talk about simple list filtered, are you referring to a list in CWM or in backend interface?

Our need is to let users work only in CWM workspace, when in CWM I'd like to see the list of tasks assigned to my groups and work tasks into this interface. If I create a "legacy" list in the standard backend interface, when I click on a CWM task, task is opened in the backend interface and not in CWM.
