CWM - No Content Available when creating and viewing pages

Getting ready for a demo with my broader business team and found that when creating a new doc or trying to view the preloaded doc in my workspace it says No Content Available. This is happening on the pre-loaded docs as well.

 

I double checked the set-up guide PDF and all steps were taken. I am able to use Boards without issue it seems so it is just the docs.

 

Currently on Washington DC and Latest Plugin

Hi Brad,

 

Did you update the "sn_cwm.record_mention_config"? Please make sure the value is populated with a valid JSON format.

To troubleshoot and confirm if this is the issue I would suggest:

1. Go to sys_properties.list and find "sn_cwm.record_mention_config"

2. Delete the currently stored value

3. Go to CWM and confirm if docs is loading

 

if docs is loading, then the JSON format is causing issues. 

If it's still not loading, let me know.

Hi Lillian, I removed everything from the value field and still no dice. Getting the No Content Available. I tried clearing my Cache as well

Hi @Brad15  is the sn-docs plugin also the latest version (3.0.1)?

If so, I recommend opening up a support case for the team to investigate further.
