we have a column on a board that refences user table, but all of a sudden, when we try to search a user name and select it , it does not resolve, it stays blank. Any reason why this may be happening?

Can you share screenshot of the issue you are facing?

 

Maybe there are UI Policies/Client scripts clearing the value.
