Hi All,
I'm curious how you are setting up the spaces/boards in your companies.
Do you set up your spaces per department? Per Product? Per technology e.g. SN/SAP etc.?
Do you use fixed boards per team? Or do you e.g. create a new board for every agile/hybrid Project?
I wonder if it is being used similarly to e.g. MS Teams with a channel per Project etc.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
Our team who are the product team for CWM, we use it extensively.
Usually, there is at least one Space per "Team" who are collaborating on same work. Within Space, we create Boards based on use cases. There are also spaces at Department level - which are used for tracking certain initiatives.
Suggestion:
One Space (minimum) per team will be for organising.
Each team can have multiple boards.
One Board per Project - If the project has defined scope and timeline.
One Board per agile team - This helps if you are bringing other work through Connect work and have continuous Sprints.
Specific Board per Testing Phases (Helps to separately track and triage)
Also make use of folders to structure it better.
You can have multiple folders within Space for each subset within an Agile team. Design/Product/Testing/Development/Docs
Let me know if this helps or creates more confusion 🙂
Happy to help if you have any questions.
Best Regards,
