Hi,
I am trying to learn how to use collaborative work management. When you install it, you create a space, a dashboard... that initially is empty.
Is it possible to import in that dashboard the tasks, defects... that already exist in the system in the new dashboard? or is it only possible to start creating them from here? Can't we include the activities that we already have in progress in the dashboard?
Thanks

Hey Vero,
This is the flow- Create a space>>Create a board>> Add a new item
Current version of CWM - It is not possible to import the tasks, task types(defects, events etc...) to the new board that you have created. You need to create them from scratch. (Don't worry.... have a look on the aug version plan)
August version of CWM - [Upcoming] - You will be able to duplicate the boards along with the tasks that was created in the older boards >>>>> move them to the new spaces that you created.
Thanks !

Hello, I have an issue with Flow Designer when it's triggered on CWM tables, especially the sn_cwm_task table. The flow is only triggered when a new record is created, but it doesn't trigger when I update an existing record. Even though I set the trigger to "Created or Updated" or "Only Updated," it still doesn't work for updates. Do you have any solution for this problem?
