Sprint Planning NOT available in Collaborative Work Management

Hi all,
I cannot select Sprint Planning in a Collaborative Work Management Board. The option does not appear under Personalize → Views, even though Agile Development is licensed, roles are correctly assigned, and Stories are available. "Story" can also not be selected as work item types.
The documentation does not mention any special configuration required. Even as admin, the Sprint Planning view is missing (see screenshots: expected vs actual).
Has anyone seen this before or knows what additional prerequisites are required?
