Submit Button Not Working When Creating Epics in CWM

When we try to create an Epic from a CWM Board (Add Item [dropdown] > Epic), the New Item side panel opens and I'm able to fill out all of the fields. When trying to click Submit nothing happens - no Epic creation or change in window. This is happening across multiple environments where the test user has the CWM User role (in addition to EAP roles and Agile Development roles).

Note: When creating a Story from the same menu, the Submit button does work and a Story record is created.

 

Is anyone else running into this?

Did you inspect this? it might show the error in console.

Apologies that you are facing this issue on the form. By any chance do you use glide_var variables in the form?
Will you be able to create a support ticket, we will troubleshoot and look into it further.
