Track percent completion for CWM Tasks

Hi All,

We would like to track percentage completion for CWM tasks in the same way it is tracked for Projects and Project Tasks. Since this functionality does not appear to be available out of the box, can it be customized to support this requirement? If so, could you please recommend the best approach to implement it?

how would you define percentage complete on a simple task, story? Can you clarify this process?

Hello, If you add a CWM Board into a portfolio in SPW/PPW you can track the percent complete of the entire board. Does that address your requirement?

Hi @Irene5 Thank you for your reply. I tried adding CMW board to Portfolio Plan and I could not find where to track percent complete. But I see perecent complete field on CWM Board table which works when CWM Task is completed. I'm looking for individual CWM Task progress based on start and end date and overall board progress

From the roadmap view of the portfolio you can turn on tracking and see the % complete of the board as a whole based on the number of tasks complete.
