I am using CWM 8.0.2. In Yokohama
Has anyone found a way to show CWMTasks in My work for users that are not members of the space those tasks are created in? We have a Program of Works board which covers several projects and we want to capture actions against people rather than projects so don't want to use the project RIDAC function. We only want PMO to be able to capture actions so we don't want everyone having access to the board.
Having noted that agile stories, tasks and actions can be assigned to users and those items appear in My Work,
I have captured actions in the PoW space as task (CWMTASK) and assigned those actions (tasks). But the people they are assigned too can't see or edit those tasks unless I make them a member of the space, which as said I don't want to do.
I can see and have checked CWM Tasks in the My Work Item types filter.
Any thoughts of how we can achieve the desired outcomes?

Hi Owen,
Please note that unlike stories (kind of public unless there are custom roles), CWM tasks are very private to its Space. Unless the user is part of the Space, they can't see those tasks.
Thanks and regards,

That is very odd. ServiceNow clearly state in the product documentation...
"The Connected work feature in CWM enables bringing in all types of work items from applications across the ServiceNow AI Platform, thereby helping streamline collaboration, planning, and execution for all teams"
But from what you are saying it is any but those created in CWM itself."
But from what you have said it pulls in all work items except this created in CWM itself. I have to wonder if product documentation and certainly the marketing material should be updated to clarify this very disappointing aspect of the function.

Hi Owen,
Even for other incidents or any task types - data is still govern by ACLs bound to the record and user. If user doesn't have access to some tasks (Could be any task not just CWM Task) due to security they will not be shown. Here access to CWM Tasks is govern by Space access.
Thanks and Regards,
