Community Spotlight: ServiceNow MVP Tosin Dada
I’m Tosin Dada, a ServiceNow MVP based in Nigeria. My journey started through the NextGen program, now a Senior Business Process Analyst, all while mentoring others along the way. I am one of the Nigeria ServiceNow Developer Meetup organizers which started in 2023, and is now 1,500+ strong, to create space for Nigerians to thrive in the ecosystem. The ServiceNow platform changed my life, and I’m committed to the goal of making sure it opens doors for many more.
Every win I’ve had, from certifications, MVP nomination, to hosting community events, to working with international partners like Customizo and now DXC Technology while based in Nigeria proves that location doesn’t limit impact. I want the broader community to know that you can build, lead, and inspire, even from places the world isn’t watching yet.
