Redid one of my most popular blog posts here in Video form. Enjoy adding REAL attachments to your email now. Just be careful with your conditions please! This might be handy because: BETTER UX: Today a customer can't tell if a given email from ServiceNow has an attachment from their inbox. They have to drill in and see if there are links. OPSEC: Many companies take a security posture of not disclosing what applications they use. OOB way of sending email embeds the instance URL in the hyperlinks. AND those emails may be destined outside the company walls. INTEGRATIONS: I might be using the poor man's integration (email) and the receiving system may be expecting an actual file attachment to process.
