Just passing along a fix script that will enable you to remove [i.e., delete] all APM assessment instances, related questions and indicator scores. If you are developing assessments and testing them you'll build up a pile of assessment instances, questions and scores ... which then need to be removed prior to sending them out to the 'real' stakeholders. The attached fix script will allow you to delete all those. The script calls two functions: //deleteExistingAssessments(); will delete all assessment instances, etc. and function //deleteExistingScores(); will delete all scores. Note: that this removes both capability and application.
