Hey everyone! I’m a researcher at ServiceNow and I’m looking to speak with customers who are new to working with ServiceNow (maybe less than a year of experience, or you just wouldn’t consider yourself to be “seasoned” with ServiceNow quite yet). If that’s you or someone you know, I would love for you/them to be a part of a feedback interview about a new design prototype we’ve created for a guided support experience in Now Support. We want to hear from newer users and understand how you currently troubleshoot issues/find information in the ServiceNow ecosystem and how we could make that easier for you.

Details on the interview session are as follows:
  • 1:1 session
  • 45-minute interview over Zoom
  • Methodology: I will ask you some open-ended questions about your current troubleshooting and support experience, and get your impressions on our design prototypes for a guided support experience
  • Recorded session (with your consent)
  • A small ServiceNow swag gift will be provided to customers in the US and Canada who participate
