Planned maintenance on the Developer Site was scheduled for Thursday, December 15, with an originally anticipated downtime of four hours. During the initial upgrade phase, the site was accessible, but users were unable to log in to access the PDI management interface. This downtime was anticipated.
However, the site experienced continual issues with the upgrade throughout Thursday, leading to the entire site being inaccessible into Friday morning. The Dev Site engineering team have escalated the problem internally and an investigation is underway. There is no ETA for when the site will come back up at this time.
Please continue to check in periodically. This post will be updated when more information becomes available.
Update, 12/16 @ 11:24AM ET: As @MichelSamia pointed out in the comments, you can access API docs on docs.servicenow.com. Various engineering teams are still in incident management mode and are trying to diagnose the issue. Finally, for the rest of the day, Dev Site outage updates will come from Chuck Tomasi and Lauren McManamon and will be published in the comments section. More to come soon.
