Hello Team,
My Personal Developer Instance (dev353155) has been offline since yesterday.
The Developer Portal shows:
"Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance."
Current status:
Instance: dev353155
Status: Offline
Error: 502 Bad Gateway
Duration: More than 24 hours
I have already clicked "Get Notified" and waited, but there has been no update and the instance remains unavailable.
Could someone please check whether the instance can be recovered or if a replacement PDI is required?
Thank you.

Hi @arthiaarthi
I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @arthiaarthi
If your your Servicenow Developer PDI has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up" or not getting online state ( might be due to error 502) for more than 24 hours (24-48 hours), then I will advice you to release the instance and request a new one .
As you know there is no support available for PDI.

Hello @arthiaarthi ,
I experienced the same issue a few days ago, and my instance became available again after some time. approx 1 day. In some cases, it may take longer to recover. You already waited over 24 hours so you can either wait more for a while or request a new instance, but please note that creating a new instance will remove all existing data . There is no any support for pdi 🙂 .
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya
