- Dhruv and Ashutosh, the amazing MVP duo, showed the basic concepts of data filtration and its integration with ACLs.
- Data filtration adds another layer of security to the platform: a deny based access layer.
- According to Dhruv and Ashutosh this can be used as the first steps of achieving data separation without a domain-separated instance.
- Ashutosh did a live demo showing what is possible with Data filtration, how to quickly configure it, and the resulting filtered data.
๐ Digital trust matters: Harnessing blockchain to shape new business models

- Participated in the Think Big session focused on blockchain-enabled ServiceNow apps.
- As Remko, Gerben, and I did our Master thesis on Blockchain and Metaverse, this topic was of personal interest to me. I connected with fellow blockchain enthusiasts Jonathan Jacob and Toby Comer.
- Discovered how organizations are leveraging blockchain to build stronger and more resilient businesses, with ServiceNow apps. Nicolas Delaby, and Nicolas Hoffman of N2 were listening in on the session. One of the use cases described by Eugene and Elisha was about N2.

- Discovered how Petrobras empowered over 1,000 citizen developers to create their own services, forms, and service flows by implementation of App Engine solutions like Service Creator, Catalog Builder, and Process Automation Designer.
- Love how they are able to put faces to services they offer in the catalog. With good reason they are proud of their 9/10 CSAT score.
