• She shared powerful stories of leadership with courage, empathy, and authenticity.
• She stressed the importance of authenticity, empathy, and the gift of sleep. "Sleeping is a gift to the people around you”.

• CSDM Data Governance involves an architectural board responsible for managing backlog requests that impact, reference, or update the CMDB.
• The composition of the architectural board includes both voting and non-voting members from various areas of the platform, to ensure decisions on development and architecture consider potential impacts on other platform areas.
• CSDM Data Governance enables collaboration within Boeing's business, guides the strategic direction of the CMDB, addressing data quality issues through reporting and reconciliation, and serves as a communication vehicle.

🏛️Session: Demystifying the Digital Twin for Public Sector

• The concept of digital twins and their significance in the public sector involves creating digital representations of real-world systems or entities.
• Process digital twins can be leveraged to address challenges such as rogue purchasing and improper payments in procurement.
• Learned about the potential of digital twins to enhance low-code workflows on the ServiceNow platform, providing insights on how to optimize and streamline processes for improved efficiency.
