Using Microsoft AD spoke is one the easiest way to integrate your ServiceNow instance with an AD server. There are several OOB actions included in the spoke related to computer, user, group, password and object management within AD. The video was recorded in Paris release and focus on the following: - Setup a connection and credential for AD - Setup a flow designer to automate the 'Add User To Group' action using a catalog item - End to end execution of the flow between SN and AD - How to handle exceptions from AD - How to connect with multiple AD servers in the flow

Thanks for this post.

Is it possible to change the AD user credentials dynamically?

We'll be integrating AD with ServiceNow soon.  As per our requirement, based on the catalog item category AD account has to be set. Is there any ways AD account is set in workflow or flow designer.

Thanks again.
