We have 3 choice actions in transform field mapping i.e.
1. Create
2. Ignore
3. Reject
Let's us understand what they mean when you upload a sheet via load data.
My Field Mapping:
1. If you select "create" choice action that means system checks if the choice exists or if the value exist in the reference table then it maps with the existing value else create the value against that field. For.e.g if the category exist provided in the excel sheet then map it with the same value else it creates a new category and map it with the new one
2. If you select "ignore" choice action that means system checks if the choice exists or if the value exist in the reference table then map it to the existing value else ignore the value against that field do not create a new field value. For.e.g if the category exist provided in the excel sheet then map it with the same else it ignores that category and do not update with the new category.
3. If you select "reject" choice action that means system checks if the choice exists or if the value exist then fine else rejects the entire row and do not create/update anything. Completely rejects the row and skip the record.
