Today I would be covering an interesting thing how can you save your knowledge article which shows every screenshot, images, URLs in your PDFs.
Please check below the steps:
For exporting the knowledge articles with images, open the knowledge article in the printer-friendly version and then export it to PDF. To open a knowledge article in printer-friendly version, you can either select 'Printer-friendly version' from the system settings or you can append sysparm_media=print to the URL.
For example:
https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/kb_knowledge.do?sys_id=<sys_id_of_kb_article>&sysparm_media=...
