Hi All,
Today I would cover how the day light saving works in ServiceNow.
Here are the tips and tried methods.
Daylight Saving Time (DST) is the practice of advancing clocks during summer months by one hour so that evening daylight lasts an hour longer, while sacrificing normal sunrise times.
Must Read Statement below:
The key for a successful DTS change is to have both client and apps update the offset at the same time.
If a time in ServiceNow instance is specified based on location (for example, America/Los Angeles), times will automatically be adjusted for Daylight Saving Time. If a time zone is specified based on the name of a time zone (for example, GMT), it will not adjust.
Hope it helps you.
I have tried it and it worked for me. Even in Flow Designers as well.
Regards,
Shamma
