Topic: AI Search
This month I would like to cover about AI Search. How it can help us to search smartly and quickly in ServiceNow.
If it is not enabled, then it will not auto correct or does the spell check. It can only search by context or keyword you put there. Something like what is an incident. It will give you no answers from AI if AI search is not enabled.
